Wines.
With Château Sainte Barbe, we try to obtain the best from the blend of our Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot for a complex, structured and fruity wine thanks to the beautiful maturity of the grapes harvested. Our wine is aged in French oak for 14 to 16 months to provide additional complexity and to increase ageing capacity. With a frank and ample attack, Château Sainte Barbe offers, under a beautiful ruby color, a seductive and complex bouquet with spicy and black fruit notes. It is a perfect match with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheeses.
