This is a small plot of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is located in a place called Lavaud on the Néac plateau, a commune at the top of the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. On a clay-limestone soil. At a higher altitude than the AOC Pomerol. The wine is a blend of 90% Merlot with the addition of 10% Cabernet Franc.

Il s’agit d’une mini parcelle de Merlot et de Cabernet Franc. Au lieu-dit Lavaud sur le plateau de Néac, commune sur le haut de l’appellation Lalande de Pomerol. Sur un sol argilo-calcaire. À une altitude supérieure à celle de l’AOC Pomerol. Le vin est issu d’un assemblage de 90% de Merlot avec l’adjonction de 10% de Cabernet Franc.
