Tasting Deep red color. On the nose, red fruits and black fruits dominate with spicy and woody notes. Rich, aromatic palate, beautiful tannic concentration and a long finish.
Food & wine pairing: Charcuterie, Bordelaise entrecote, game in sauce, pike-perch fillet poached in red wine. Candied vegetables with sweet spices, pan-fried mushrooms. Cheese board. Chocolate fondant, raspberry.
