The owners' pitch.

“By taking the destiny of this magnificent Château Ad Francos in hand,
we quickly realize that it is much more than an entrepreneurial function, but rather to accept to take over a rich, long and fascinating history, and to work humbly to preserve and embellish our this unique place , but also to the identity of this beautiful Bordeaux terroir and its invaluable know-how, while accepting to engage in new battles for the future, for life, nature and knowledge.
Everything is already there, you just have to see and know how to appreciate.”

Chateau Ad Francos Red

The parcel harvest is drained by gravity into the stainless steel vats, with the best respect for the expression of the fruit, then, once fermented, it continues its “gravitational” journey like a journey through time, towards the aging cellar, where, for centuries, a spring from the origins of the castle has sprung up. A magnificent garnet red colour, dark and deep, almost black. A complex bouquet, reflecting its long ageing, toasted and vanilla notes, delicate scents of blackberry and blackcurrant. An ample attack, a perfectly balanced palate, concentrated, racy and with a structure that is both solid and elegant.
Its aromas of black fruits and spices persist in a finish of exceptional intensity and richness.

Chateau Ad Francos White

Historically, Francs has always been a land of whites. The pressing is preceded by a pellicular maceration in order to extract a maximum of aromas. Fermentation takes place in ovoid vats and in barrels to bring fat, roundness and complexity. Batonnages are carried out on a regular basis in order to give an incomparable body. The white wine of Château Ad Francos is part of the elite of world wines, ranked among the 5% of the best wines in the world on the oenophile community application, Vinvino; A great aromatic complexity, an ample and round mouth. Its intense bouquet ranges from fruity aromas to toasted notes. The juicy and fresh mouth reveals aromas of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, as well as gourmet notes of peach, pear, or honey.
