The owner's pitch.
“I took over the family estate in 1993. Passionate about nature since my childhood, I wanted to make my vineyard a sanctuary for biodiversity. Through environmentally friendly cultivation practices, I encourage the development of a natural and local flora that will allow a rich and diverse fauna to flourish.”

Wines.
I strive to let the purest character of my terroir express itself. A controlled maturation in barrels brings complexity and depth. My wines are fine and elegant. When they are young, their fruity, finely wooded expression can be associated with red meats or simply as an aperitif. As they age, they will develop aromas of undergrowth, tobacco and stewed fruit and will go wonderfully with white meats, dishes in sauce and mature cheeses.
