A unique combination. Château Réaut was one of the properties of the Roederer de Champagne group.In 2012, the Château was bought by Yannick Evenou with a group of friends all passionate about wine (6 from Bordeaux and 6 from Burgundy). Other co-owners from all over the world have joined this great adventure. Currently, Château Réaut has more than 600 co-owners from 20 different countries. In 2018, Château Réaut has been transformed thanks to a new architecture allowing you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of its vineyard in Cadillac Cotes de Bordeaux. Situated on the riverside and facing south, the estate benefits from ideal climatic conditions to obtain perfectly ripe grapes.

“In 2011, I fell in love with this property. The desire to acquire this vineyard had become very strong, I have gathered around me a group of friends. Together we proposed the opening of the project with external shares of co-owners thanks to an agricultural land grouping. The adventure of Château REAUT’s takeover was launched ! Since 2019, we have open new co-owners shares with the goal of welcoming more of 1 000 co-owners in total ! Our environmental commitment is real since we are in organic conversion since this year and certified already HVE 3, ISO 14001 and Terravitis. We are welcoming you with pleasure to visit our ultra-modern cellars with a panoramic view.”
