The owner's pitch.

“Our work is based on three ethical things : caring for the earth, caring for people and sharing resources fairly. A line of conduct that we adopt on a daily basis throughout the property. Taking care of the earth: the 30 hectares of vines that make up the wines of Chateau de Cérons are entirely sown with plant cover, cereals and legumes that enrich and balance the soil. This meticulous and demanding work, which we started 8 years ago, sees its result . Our soils are healthy and alive, the vines are beautiful, and the wines are more than ever marked by the typicality of our sandy and Graves soils on limestone. Taking care of people, we pay constant attention to the working conditions of our team, to our neighbourhood in the heart of the village of Cérons and to the trust our customers place in us. The quality of our wines is our credo. Sharing resources equitably, our entire team is mobilised on a daily basis, in the vineyards as well as in the cellars, to reduce our environmental impact. The estate was certified HVE3A and Iso 14001 in 2018.”

Wines.

Château de Cérons Graves red: The nose is elegant and fruity, offering aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice or chocolate. The palate is juicy and well-balanced, with flavours of fresh raspberry and blackberry. This great red Graves wine is characterised by its precision, its freshness and its racy minerality.
Château de Cérons Graves white: The nose is subtle and offers freshness, notes of lemon, fine touches of apple and apple and white flowers. The palate is fruity and balanced, It reveals the mineral expression of expression of the Semillon on a limestone terroir and ends on a beautiful roundness.
Château de Cérons, sweet Cérons: With a very lemony nose, fresh with aromas of tangerine peel, a voluptuous mouth marked by the sweet bitterness of orange and kumquat, this Château de Cérons is the most beautiful illustration of the great vintages of the appellation. It is a complex wine with great freshness.
