The property located in the municipality of Saint-Magne de Castillon (AOC Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux) extends over 10 hectares of vineyards. The annual production of 60,000 bottles is divided into several red wines. Alexandra and Nicolas acquired the Château de Laussac in 2004. Since then, he has been advised by the famous oenologist Michel Rolland. The Château de Laussac benefits from the most attentive and enlightened care in viticulture and winemaking in a spirit of excellence and quest for perfection. The Château de Laussac elaborates wines of rare pleasure and voluptuous that enchant lovers as the finest connoisseurs.

Wines.

The Harvests are manual with a strict sorting, bunch by bunch of great maturity then received by gravity. The extraction is carried out traditionally by pumping over or punching down. The wine is then run off with its lees directly into barrels and the aging lasts between 14 and 16 months. Deep color with purple reflections. The nose is beautifully complex between black fruits and woody nuances. The palate is fleshy, elegant and juicy on the finish. It will go very well with red or white meats in sauce or grilled, cheeses and chocolate desserts.
