The owner's pitch.

“The exceptional location on the southern hillside overlooking the medieval town of Saint-Emilion, makes Château Soutard-Cadet a pépite of the appellation. In 2015, we have a real “coup de coeur” for this incredible place. Since then, the quality of the wines of this small vineyard continues to surprise us. The expression of the terroir is unique. The old vines of Merlot bring the complexity and elegance of great wines, while the younger vines support an incredible aroma of black fruits.”
Marie-Bénédicte Lefévère

In the glass, Château Soutard-Cadet stands out for its deep and dark clour. On the nose, the aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant lead to spices. On the palate, the attack is fresh but sweet, then the wine lines the palate with fine and smooth tannins. Thanks to a nice length, an intense retrolfaction of black fruits persists.
