The owner's pitch.

“Being a winegrower is a profession of passion, it is having the desire to experiment and discover in order to find the alchemy between man and nature. The initials of the French words «Amour, Rigueur, Travail» form the word «ART» and this symbolizes the strenuous efforts required to produce truly great wines “
Grégory Naulet

Vieux Château Palon is a racy wine with a deep garnet hue. On the nose a palette of rare complexity is available : black fruits, vanilla and weathered wood. The powerful and concentrated palate, delicately wooded (15 months of aging in barrels), well structured, it unfolds with a voluminous and rich substance, imprinted with notes of fruit sublimated by liquorice hints and finely spiced. The finish takes all the aromas perceived on the nose, with persistence, in a fine and harmonious style. A superb bottle for gastronomy and aging
